Hwy 4 still closed

   Caltrans still has Hwy 4 closed at Cabbage Patch due to weather conditions.  Motorists are advised to take alternate routes.

   It is snowing heavily in Arnold (4000') so drive carefully and carry chains if you're traveling above Murphys.
