More snow expected--avoid travel if possible--Chains in Arnold

   Chain requirements are currently in Arnold, but more snow is expected, so if you can avoid going out on the highways, stay safe.

   Hwy 4 is still closed at Cabbage Patch. They are hoping to reopen sometime today, but we just aren't sure if and when.

    According to Google Traffic map from Cabbage Patch to Skyline - closed until midnight for deep flooding, per CHP Traffic Incidents.
