Vehicle blocking Hwy 49 in San Andreas

   February 28, 2019 at 9 AM:  A vehicle is reportedly high-centered and blocking Hwy 49 in San Andreas.

   A Calaveras Sheriff's Office Captain is at the scene.  Be cautious if in the area.
