Arrest for Grand Theft: Dog

   On May 2, 2019  the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Johnah Jo Harper (49) of Valley Springs.

   Harper was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Grand Theft: Dog, a felony.
