Gavin Newsome pulls the PLUG!!

   The Twin Tunnels Project for L.A. is officially DEAD, since Gavin Newsome yesterday announce he was killing the project.

   Pulling the plug on the unpopular project, he says he will recommend an extremely downsized project in the coming weeks.
