Trump blames speech screw up on rain

What a dufus!   Trump told the public that the Continental
Army took over the airports during the Revolutionary War.
He was reading the entire speech (which he did not write) from a
teleprompter. He blamed the rain for shutting down the
teleprompter, causing his mistake!  UH, DUH???
