CHP now at scene of Caltrans hazard

   August 16, 2019 at 9 AM:  After a complaint, CHP is now at the location of Caltrans work at Hwy 16 and Hwy 124 outside Plymouth.

   A driver had called in that it was a major traffic hazard without a CHP officer present.
