Helicopter circles in Arnold

What appears to be a Calaveras Sheriff's helicopter circled the
Arnold area around the Meadowmont Shopping Center
on Hwy 4 for hours on Friday September 13, 2019,
making dangerous sudden U-turns, etc, as residents and
shoppers watched!
