Calfire postpones burn on Whittle Ranch

The Fowler Peak Lookout was once
used to spot fires in Calaveras County
   Due to forecasted winds and dry spell, Calfire has postponed the planned control burn
on the Whittle Ranch.

   This would have been on Bear Mountain near Angels Camp.  Seems like a smart move to us.

    There is nothing smart about the forest service as they have burned more acres and killed more people with their control burns than anybody including pge!
