One vehicle causes two collisions

   December 18, 2019 at 9:55 AM:  One vehicle collided with another on Hwy 120 at Union Road in Manteca, fled and then collided with another vehicle nearby.

   An ambulance is responding to the scene. Be extra cautious if headed in that direction.
