Minor injuries in collision with cement truck

   February 26, 2020 at 10:35 AM:  A traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 4 near Stallion Way south of Angels Camp.

   Minor injuries have been indicated. A cement truck is involved and traffic is backed up. Avoid the area if possible.
