Chains required on Hwy 4

   March 14, 2020 at 8:50 AM:  Caltrans is requiring chains on vehicles without 4 wheel drive at Camp Connell on Hwy 4.

   Drive slowly and be extra cautious.  No snow in Arnold yet!
