Car vs deer on Hwy 4--NO deer whistles???

   May 23, 2020 at 11:30 AM:  A car struck a deer on Hwy 4 at Country Club Drive in Arnold and it is laying in the roadway.

   CHP is responding to clear the highway.   Slow down and use the deer warning whistles. They work!!
