Hwy 99 flooding in Manteca

   May 18, 2020 at 11:55 AM:  Hwy 99 is reportedly flooded due to a thunderstorm at Hwy 120 in Manteca.

   CHP is asking drivers to slow down as they get in that area to avoid collisions.
