Big rig blocking Hwy 4

   July 8, 2020 at 1:20 PM:  A 65' big rig on Hwy 4 near Bear Valley is reportedly concerned of becoming jackknifed in the roadway.

   Other drivers have reported the problem to CHP, who is en route to the area.
