Oroville man arrested for arson

     Calfire has arrested Spencer
Grant Anderson of Oroville for alleged arson, starting the Thompson Fire.

   The District Attorney says Anderson was throwing fireworks from his vehicle, and the resulting fire destroyed 13 homes.
