In Case You Hadn't Heard...About Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo has been criticized for its foreclosure policies during this horrid recession, but here's one little fact you may have missed.

The Tjosaas' desert home in Twenty-Nine Palms was broken into on September 5, 1022, everything removed and a note of foreclosure put on the front door.

The problem was that the Tjosaas owned their home outright, and have lost three generations of valuables, no one know what happened to.

The company that was hired by Well's Fargo Bank to take possession and clean out the home was give the wrong address by the bank.

In a tearful interview, the Tjosaas told how they raised their family in the home he and his father had built with their own hands.  They had no loan on the home.

Now, of course, Wells Fargo is offering to compensate them, but nothing will replace their personal family possessions.

Maybe we should give the banks more bail-outs?
