Spellman Makes Fool of Himself--Again!

Supervisor Spellman began ranting about RIM fees, mixed up fees and development amounts, and had to be corrected by Supervisor Callaway.
He still could not admit that he was wrong, and he kept going on and on. It's hard to get him to stop campaigning, even when he doesn't know what he is talking about.

Spellman doesn't seem to learn anything, no matter how long he sits on the Board of Supervisors. He needs to be replaced.

Sierra Sentinel, do you support RIM fees? I ask, due to your past expressions of the BOS killing construction and jobs in this county.
Also, what do you think about the annual raising of RIM fees as a cost of living increase?
It will be interesting to watch the General Plan process and increases in fees, surcharges and other government costs. Will any developer be able to afford the total costs of a project in the near future (12 months). The costs of environmental mitigations are getting ready to skyrocket in this county. If you pay close, you'll see the creep into required costly upgrades of existing homes.
Watch the new board. Will we see Callaway attempt to encourage the other BOS members to see things her way?
