At 10:15 AM: A common problem in Ebbetts Pass this time of the year; people are stopped right in the middle of the lane on Hwy 4 at Big Trees putting on their chains.
CHP has been advised of the problem and is enroute to the area. Use extra caution if traveling in Ebbetts Pass in the winter.
