Train crash was a runaway

   The train in Quebec with cars filled with  gas, crashing into a town and destroying much of it with a fire that resulted, was a runaway.

   The engineer had parked the train and gone to a hotel for the night when the train somehow started rolling down the hill. Dozens of people are reportedly missing
