Car vs pole on Morada Lane in Stockton

  November 2, 2014 at 10:10 AM:  A witness called CHP to report that a man hit a pole and a planter, has blood on his shirt and is walking to another house across the street.

   CHP is en route to the area of Morada Lane, where this was reported.
