Traffic Accident in Arnold

   November 2, 2014 at 10 AM:  A minor traffic accident has been reported on Hwy 4 on Arnold ByWay in Arnold. This was reportedly a hit and run.

   No other details are known at this time.  There is snow in the area. CHP is en route.
