All cops DNA should be in data base!!!

  The minute any cop is hired, his DNA should immediately be entered into the DNA data base. They should have no choice in this.

   If the dirty cop DiAngelo had been DNA tested as a cop they would have caught him much earlier.

    Please tell us what DNA database existed in 1973 when Joseph DeAngelo was first hire as a law enforcement officer.
