Vehicle vs. pedestrian in Waterloo area

   April 26, 2018 at 6:15 AM:  A vehicle reportedly struck a pedestrian on Hardaway Road in the Waterloo area this side of Stockton, just off Hwy 88.

   The pedestrian is being transported to a hospital with major injuries.
