Arrest for theft of elderly dependent

   On August 6, 2025 Calaveras Sheriff deputies arrested Stephanie Lynn Aragon (53) of West Point on

St. Charles St. in San Andreas.

   Aragon was alleged to have committed theft against an elederly dependent under false pretenses, impersonating another to get money or property and attempting to get credit using another persons ID with false pretenses, all felonies.

   She is also alleged to have committed other misdemeanors and was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
