Capitulating??

   Is it possible that Americans are "capitulating" about Trump?  What does that mean? Kamala Harris is concerned this will happen.

   Capitulation is 'giving up' or 'ceasing to resist' the evil happening in front of us. Will Americans, true Americans, allow that to happen??!!
