Calaveras County Sheriff's Deputies were despatched to the parking lot of Mark Twain Hospital in San Andreas on a report of a verbal altercation.
Upon arrival they contacted Jessica Renee Reyes (25) of San Andreas. Upon speaking with Ms. Reyes it was determined that she was under the influence of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), which she admitted.
Additionally, the deputies learned that she had an active felony warrant for her arrest out of Yolo County for failing to abide by the terms of her release from state prison per AB 109.
Ms. Reyes was arrested and booked into the Calaveras County Jail on the charge of 3455 PC: Revocation of Command Supervision.
Calaveras County Sheriff Deputies are spending a lot of their time on these AB109 releases. Are they being compensated?
