This is Extreme!

Everyone has been talking about the extremism on both sides of the political aisle in recent years, but no where is it more obvious than the Wisconsin recall of Governor Scott Walker.
As most everyone knows, Walker dared to try and limit the power of the unions in his state, and the roar of the Unions came after him, attempting to snare him and "eat him for lunch".
Well, as expected, MSNBC, and specifically Ed Schulz, who has his own show on the network, not only spoke over and over that the unions were right, he went out to Wisconsin and made ads in favor of recalling their governor.
And, of course, on FOX News, they took the Governors side, stating that the unions have way too much power in America.
Fast Forward  to election night. Just after the polls closed, it became clear that Governor Walker was NOT going to be recalled.
Ed Schulz could barely keep the angry tears from running down his cheeks, while over on FOX, the cheers were loud and it was stated that "throughout the country, this was a start to ending Union rule."
John Stewart, bless his little heart, saw the humor in this on both sides, and if you saw his show tonight, you could not help but laugh out loud.   Ed Schulz doesn't like to lose.....at all.
Many of us see the great value in keeping some humor in politics, which the "Daily Show" does, because it shows both sides of extremism, and I feel it helps keep us balanced. it sure made me think.
I was a longtime union worker, but now I also see the other side; how much their demands can destroy a business and/or the government, if not controlled.  Think about it.
