Mold Report Davies' had Done Disagrees With District Report

Sample of black mold in a ceiling of building.
At the Murphys Sanitary District Board meeting, it became public that the Davies, owners of the building where an employee illness occurred, reportedly because of black mold, had their own private inspection aside from the Districts and they differed. No one else was present at the time.

An extreme conflict of interest came to light when Pat Davies, who is also President of the Board, kept inserting her comments into the meeting.

The General Manager Julio Guerra, kept reminding  Davies, that she cannot discuss this as she is also the landlord and that is a conflict.

A member of the public wanted to know what will happen now?  Apparently the Davies were the only people present during the gathering of evidence. The District General Manager was not allowed to be present.

Questions of where the mold was gathered during the biased inspection where the General Manager was not allowed to watch the removal of material.

Now there will have to be another delay while the state decides which inspection is accurate.

The Davies can't get a report without a MSD manager present to guard against corruption, can they?
