After a call was made to the Sheriff's Office, Kyle Patrick Cox of Arnold, (31), and Christopher Calloway Heffington of Murphys (26). were arrested in San Andreas on September 4, 2012 by Calaveras County Sheriff's deputies.
Cox was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly
Entering a Noncommunal Dwelling and Vandalism/defacing of property, both misdemeanors. He received a citaion and was released.
Heffinton was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Entering a Noncommunal Dwelling, Vandalism/defacing of property, Obstructing a Public Officer and Possession of Burglary Tools, all misdemeanors, and Possession of a controlled substance, a felony.
