Since the Fed's released their report that the Colorado River water supply is due to diminish by 9% in coming years, Southern California is looking elsewhere....guess where?
Do our water districts here locally understand and know how to fight against the big cities taking our water and leaving us short.
We have the first Governor Brown to thank for the giant aquaducts that take water from the delta all the way to L.A., and you bet they want more now.
What will happen if global warming really does short-supply water? Water will be GOLD!
