That is not a likely proposition, but in 2011 Governor Brown did meet with the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors (behind closed doors) to tell them about his prisoner realignment scheme.
He was widely criticized and it was said to be illegal, per the Brown Act. Now the legislature has passed a new law that would specifically make it legal to have the governor meet privately with Boards of Supervisors, so you never know, he could want to come to Calaveras . LOL
