On July 28, 2013 Darci Ann Leavitt (36) of Arnold was arrested for allegedly Forgery, fraud involving credit and access cards, theft of $400 or more, Grand Theft over $950. five felonies altogether.
Leavitt was booked into Calaveras County Jail by Sheriff's Deputies.

Can anyone shed any light on this? She has also been charged in Utah.

The utah thing was something completely different than this case. If you're so interested in her case why don't you ask her or her lawyers. Mrs:Anonymous that's funny....
