A resident on Pennsylvania Gulch Rd in Murphys called the Sheriff on August 8, 2013, about a mountain lion who frequents the location of their home nearly daily for 2 weeks.
They reported that the mountain lion doesn't seem to make any effort to remain concealed.
The Sheriff transferred the call to the animal killers, Fish and Wildlife.
The mountain lion has a right to live too and is obviously just looking for food and water in these dry conditions in order to survive.
How sad, that humans feel they have to eradicate all other creatures. even in that creature's own habitat.
