On October 8, 2014 around 12:50 PM Shawn Eric France (38) of Murphys was arrested at the Black Bart Inn in San Andreas for alleged Assault with a Deadly Weapon not a Firearm and Threatening a Crime with the Intent to Terrorize, both felonies.
France was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.

He was arrested a few weeks back for similar and or if not the same charges a few weeks ago at The Nugget in Murphys.
