October 4, 2014 at 6 PM: CHP reports a possible traffic collision on Tulloch Dam Road. A vehicle with flat front tires, debris all over the road and a male in shorts passed out on the roadway 1/4 mile away.
Also a woman with two black eyes is at the scene and remains in the vehicle.
