Car runs off Hwy 4 and into canal

   January 6, 2017 at 11:35 AM:  A car that ran off Hwy 4 near Tracy Boulevard in Stockton is now in 6 ft of water.

  A bypasser pulled a man out of the car. One CHP is at the scene. An ambulance is en route.
