Fred Kett, who is a recent addition to the Murphys Sanitary District, made a speech that made him the wise man of the Board.
He says nothing gets done, meeting after meeting, and that now they have had a very qualified General Manager in Julio Guerra.
He also stated that Mike Peccia, who made a complaint about Kett, is allowed to yell out any time he feels like it, which is true. The Chair, his friend Ms. Davies, never tries to quiet him even though he speaks out yelling completely out of order.
Kett is the only Board member who actually challenges the Board to do the right thing. Another Board member said she sees nit-picking, an unhappy staff, and year after year goes by.
Fred Kett wants a technical advisory committee, to pick and choose which issues they want to put on the agenda. Guerra says they don't make the decisions, but they make recommendations.
A committee of two was appointed by the President with Fred Kett and another Board member.

Is Pat Davies still on that Board. I thought they got rid of her. She's the problem. She likes bad employees, controls everything, especially HER BUILDING. Bad news.
