15 year old unlicensed driver Dillon Chandler was killed and 5 other teenagers were injured in a high speed crash on Wilson Way in Stockton on October 3, 2014.
The teen had taken his mother's car to a tire shop and had just left the shop when the accident occurred. All of the passengers were under 18 and one was Chandlers girlfriend.
