UPDATE: Mr. Meyer apparently included a note that he needs confirmation that he will be appointed immediately.
After having to pay Anti-Slapp law money to the Copper Cove Homeowners in the past few months for filing a law suit without merit, most thought that Thomas and Marilyn Meyer would not start any trouble again so soon.
Now Mr. Meyer has sent CCLTOA another letter, telling them they have done a number of things they are not allowed to do in their opinion. Mr. Meyer is requesting to be appointed to the Board of Directors or made President of the Homeowners group (CCLTOA)at the annual 8-16-14 meeting.
