   PG&E admits that they had a transmission failure near where the Kincade Fire started in Sonoma County.

   October 25, 2019 at 8:45 AM:  Four vehicles and a big rig reportedly collided on Hwy 120 at Airport Way in Manteca.

 October 25, 2019 at 6:30 AM:  A fire reported around 6 AM on Stanley Road in West Point turned out to be a mobile home, with a small amount of surrounding vegetation.
