UPDATE at 4 PM: Per CHP they have moved everything off the highway and the road is clear.
UPDATE at 3:50 PM: Traffic is blocked and is being directed one-way only.
November 5, 2014 at 3:40 PM: A traffic accident has been reported on Hwy 4 near the US Forest Service Office in Hathaway Pines. Two vehicles were involved, and they are locked together.
One lane is blocked. Emergency personnel are en route to the scene, including an ambulance. Use extra caution if headed in that direction. A tow truck is en route.
