From boaters losing power and needing a tow, to boaters forgetting to put the plug in the bottom and sinking, Marine safety officers have been busy.
On more serious problems:
Passenger on personal watercraft fell off and was injured,
Fisherman at Lake Hogan was found deceased in the water near his boat,
A crash between a boat and a personal watercraft resulted in major injuries to the watercraft rider,
Three drownings with no life jackets,
16 boating accidents and a multitude of disabled boats.
The Sheriff's Office is requesting everyone be more careful.
