Democrats have Super-Majority in California

Due to the recent election the Democrats now have enough members in both the Assembly and the Senate in California to pass tax increases, override vetos, etc.
without challenge by the Republicans.

And in LA, AD 36 Steve Fox, another Democrat has moved 150 votes ahead of the Republican challenger Ron Smith in late ballot counting. This one will probably get a recount.

A super-majority!  How did this happen? The people we have spoken with feel that it is because  the extremists in the Republican party are being rebuffed even by members of their own party.

When will the Republicans learn that extremism is not the best way to govern, and definitely not the way to get elected in California?

   The Democrats hope NEVER!
