Despite the over $1 million that taxpayers paid for the Mintier Harnish General Plan Update, Calaveras County officials say they "THREW IT IN THE TRASH!"
Shocking and reprehensible, the elected officials in Calaveras County show corruption at every turn. We have a right to see that plan. The Sentinel has a hard time believing it isn't saved in some computer somewhere.

Calaveras County has a long history of using the dump as a repository for official documents.
