December 10, 2015 at 11 AM: CHP has just reopened northbound I-5 after a three hour shut down due to a big rig crash around 8 AM in South Sacramento.
One person was reportedly killed in the crash, which affected all northbound lanes. Two other vehicles were also involved and there were indications of verbal altercations between drivers of vehicles at the scene.
