While the Calaveras Supervisors were hearing a report on the lack of the
Corona Virus being in Calaveras County, members of the public had questions.
There are several residents in quarantine in Calaveras County who were on one of the cruise lines that were infected, but apparently none of them has tested positive.
The main question was about our country's lack of leadership in handling the crisis. The other important question was about masks.
The three medical representatives stated that the virus IS spread through droplets and that only an N95 mask will protect you from others.
They are recommending them for use by health professionals only, but we suspect they don't have enough and feel we are not as important as those in hospitals, etc.
