The lawsuit against Calaveras County filed by Andrew Greer is now costing
$320,000 in legal fees, as will be approved at Tuesday's Board of Supervisor meeting.Caused by the old Supervisor Olivera and his bunch, the cannabis farmers (rightly, we feel) want the $16.3 million the county took from them illegally.
This lawsuit is now getting more and more expensive to taxpayers. Perhaps they should try and settle.
