Republican, anxious to grab any type of political power they can in the liberal state of California used the poorly designed recall law to try and remove Governor Newsome from his office.
They failed, as they nearly always do, with the Governor getting nearly double the votes needed! But it cost the state nearly $250 million of our tax money.
