Road below Angels Camp. Be extra cautious if headed that way.Agencies appear to be arguing over who will shoot the deer and Fish and Game says they will only shoot it if it cannot walk.
What is wrong with this world, while the animal suffers in agony because some DOLT refuses to use warning whistles, agencies fight over who is responsible for what and when?
